Plans are priced in credits per month and users. Starter Cloud and Agentic Cloud run in QGI Cloud. Agentic Teams and AGI run as Private AI only, inside your environment. Credits are consumed by runs: a Chat turn costs little, a full Agent run costs more (the mode picker tells you before you send).
Prices below are the platform defaults; a vertical can override them.

- What's a credit?
- A unit of agent work. Chat mode is the cheapest; Agent mode, a complete autonomous run that writes files and runs tools, is the most expensive. The mode picker tells you the cost before you send.
- Can I bring my own engine keys?
- Engines are configured per tenant by an admin, who enables engines and sees their live model catalogs under Admin, Engines.
- What does Private AI only mean?
- Agentic Teams and AGI run inside your own environment through QGI Private AI (managed, VPC, AWS, on-premises, sovereign, or air-gapped) rather than in QGI Cloud. Starter Cloud and Agentic Cloud run in QGI Cloud.
- What does Enterprise add?
- A vertical of your own: file types, templates, art set, tools, engines and pricing curated for your domain, with platform mode (Supabase-backed auth, tenants, roles), per-user OS isolation, private executors, and the admin console.
